Registration
Registration is open for the 2025–2026 school year, grades Pre-K through 5th grade. We welcome families of all backgrounds who are committed to a faith-based education.
A $150 non-refundable registration fee per family is required.
Tuition & Financial Aid
Saint Pius X School is committed to making Catholic education accessible to all families. We offer:
- Financial aid and scholarships for qualifying families
- Special rates for families with multiple children enrolled
- Multiple payment plan options
Family Ambassador Program
Current families can earn a $500 tuition credit when they refer a new student who enrolls in a Diocese of Rochester Catholic School.

Enrollment Steps
Schedule a Tour
Visit our campus to see classrooms in action, meet our teachers, and learn what makes our school special. Call the school office at (585) 247-5650 to arrange a time, or take our Virtual Tour.
Submit an Application
Complete the registration packet, available online through FACTS or at the school office. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
Provide Required Documents
Proof of age is required for pre-school and kindergarten students via baptismal certificate or birth certificate. Please also provide immunization records and any previous school records if applicable.
Meet with the Principal
Families meet with Principal Maria Cahill to discuss the student’s needs, school expectations, and answer any questions.
Confirm Enrollment
Complete the registration packet and submit the $150 registration fee per family to secure your child’s spot.
Care & Transportation
Before & After Care
We offer extended care for families who need supervision beyond the regular school day:
- Before Care: 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM (breakfast included)
- After Care: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM (snack included)
The program provides a caring and supportive environment for students who need to stay at Saint Pius X School beyond the normal school day. Contact the school office for pricing and enrollment details.
Transportation
Multiple local school districts provide transportation for students living within 15 miles, including Gates-Chili, Churchville-Chili, Wheatland-Chili, and others. Contact your local school district’s transportation department for details.
